Pakistan is on the UK TB test list: students going for 6 months or more need a chest X-ray certificate

GOV.UK lists Pakistan among countries where a TB test is required for UK visa applications of 6 months or more. The test is a chest X-ray at an approved clinic, and a clear result gives a certificate valid for 6 months from the X-ray date. Book it before you apply and include the certificate with your visa application. GOV.UK publishes a separate list of approved clinics in Pakistan.

English for a UK degree-level Student visa must be equivalent to CEFR B2

GOV.UK says degree-level applicants need English equivalent to CEFR B2 (below degree level: B1). You can prove it with an approved Secure English Language Test (SELT), a UK school qualification, or an English-taught degree confirmed by an Ecctis assessment. A university may assess your English itself, but the level must still be equivalent to B2. Always check which test and score your chosen university asks for.
